Why BIMobject?
At BIMobject, architects, engineers and contractors (AEC) browse and download BIM-content from manufacturers. The BIM-content (objects) mimics the manufacturers’ actual products, and serve as building blocks when the architect develops the digital model of the project. Using manufacturers’ specific BIM objects in the model incorporates reality already at an early stage in the project, bringing design closer to what can later be built.
In 2024, AEC users downloaded a total of 31 million unique products from BIMobject. Manufacturers who publish their BIM-content on BIMobject make their products available to 5 million users globally. With built-in marketing and analytical tools the manufacturer can reach their specific target groups and prioritized regions, see who downloaded their content, and influence building design.
