When your BIM content was first developed it was new and shiny - with all the right data. But as time has gone by things change. New Revit versions are released, URLs change and new metadata could be added.
None of these means that the content needs to be redone from scratch. But the first impression may give a small doubt. If the link back to your website is broken, it can be a sign that more things are outdated. Architects and designers make decisions based on the file and data, so trust is essential.

With our Content Maintenance service, we help you maintain your BIM content. By including content maintenance you ensure the end-users know your content is up-to-date and ready to be used.
How does this work?
We check all your content once a year, bring it to the optimal Revit version and verify other relevant data points. This is done when you have content that has been posted for one year or longer. All your content will get updated at once. We keep you notified of the work as it is being done.

Terms and pricing
Pricing starts at $65/product* and can vary depending on your product category and the number of variations.
*Maintenance does not include new or updated geometry. Updating or adding new geometry requires a separate content development project.
