That’s why we have a team of dedicated customer success agents ready to help—getting you started and growing on the road to BIM content downloads.

Onboarding

After you've signed up, we'll get you up and running with a start-up meeting. This is where you meet the team who will help you get your brand(s) set up and product pages with BIM content published. 

We advise your team on how to use the platform and the steps you can take to optimize your setup to reach and influence designers on the marketplace. 

Advisory & training

All customers are assigned a Customer success agent. We offer professional support in English, German, Italian, French, Spanish, and more. Together you will have regular success reviews and advisory check-in meetings. 

Teams change. People switch roles. And at some point and time, you want to level up and expand in an uncharted area. We're here to help onboard new staff, train more team members or give advice on demand. 

User support

Stuck on a feature or can't find the correct settings? Your team and users can reach out whenever needed. We are available via chat, email, and phone within regular business hours.
